I wanted to invite you to attend my upcoming classes. These will be fairly intimate with hands on cooking and lots of camaraderie ;
Nov 15; 2:30- 5pm Kick the Can- Create seasonal soups from scratch, learn to prepare stock for meat soups and stews, create a cream-less creamed soup and soups inspired by World Cuisines- not just watching- you make soup and then sit down and enjoy them in a friendly atmosphere!
Dec 2 6:30 -9pm ; Heritage Holiday Cookies- Sugar and Gingerbread Cookies from scratch- making the dough using fresh ingredients, spices and then learn to roll, bake and decorate with royal icing and beautiful sugars, dragees and glazes and my personal collection of unique holiday cookie cutters!
